Time of self-acceptance

In this work, I want to pay tribute to these non-aesthetic bodies according to today’s culture. Culture in which we have been implanted since childhood, a model of beauty dictated by television media and especially by social networks. I give through my drawings, a purely aesthetic sense of the beauty of natural bodies. I simply draw the bodies, naturally bearers of the stigmata and marks of time. If nature is aesthetically beautiful and we human beings are part of nature, then wouldn’t transforming our bodies in search of another beauty be unsightly? In this work, I want to pay tribute to these non-aesthetic bodies according to today’s culture. This is a series where each work has a title taken from the story of the people who posed. The drawing symbolizing bodily expression and the gold representing the divine.
